Brand Marketing Operations Senior Specialist (m/w/d) What you will be doing:

Drive end-to-end coordination of global, omni-channel marketing initiatives from briefing to execution

Build and maintain clear marketing processes, workflows, stage gates, and project structures across teams

Lead structured briefing sessions and campaign reviews across Brand, Creative, Digital, In-store, Sports and Product Marketing

Act as the central coordination hub between multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth collaboration

Translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans with clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables

Improve operational efficiency by driving adoption of standardized ways of working (e.g. Asana, templates, workflows)

Oversee content and asset flow in collaboration with channel and content teams, including structured asset management

Organize regular project updates and documentation to keep Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams informed on milestones and progress

Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and continuously optimize how global marketing work gets delivered

Your profile and required competencies:

3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar role in a marketing/creative environment

Strong understanding of how modern marketing works (integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and brand channels)

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority

Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset

Clear and confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude

Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar) is a plus

Fluent in English; good German skills are a strong advantage
