On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Partie! 

Main duties:

• esponsibility for the smooth operation of the à la carte kitchen
• Responsibility for one's own station
• Compliance with relevant kitchen and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Profit optimization by adhering to specified recipes
• Preparation of dishes
• Mise en place
• Receipt of goods and quality control of delivered products

Your personal profile:

• Completed vocational training
• Several years of experience in hotels and/or à la carte service
