Industrial IT Client Management Specialist (m/w/d)

Blum manufactures clip, hinge, pull, and pocket systems for furniture delivered to over 120 markets worldwide. The company provides more than 8,000 computers across its production sites for users. Remote working, security, and lifecycle management are increasingly important. The highest standard is to ensure the reliable operation of the plant fleet and keep it up to date.Responsibilities

Installation, configuration and maintenance (lifecycle) of client systems and supporting server infrastructure. Expertise in software lifecycle, packaging software and distributing it via SCCM (MECM). Patch management to keep the system landscape up-to-date and secure. Define standards and actively participate in designing and optimizing the global software and hardware landscape.Provide competent support for technical support requests and tickets at 2nd level and find sustainable solutions for users. Qualifications

Solid IT technical education (HTL, IT apprenticeship, etc.) and extensive experience in client management and software distribution. Broad technical background with hardware components, Windows operating systems and standard deployment tools.
