Job Description In this role, you take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for key positions across IMS, with a strong focus on attracting talent in highly competitive, technical environments. You act as a true partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring the right people join at the right time. At the same time, you help us continuously improve how we hire—making our processes more effective, scalable, and candidate-centric.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer acceptance
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role requirements and hiring decisions
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
Drive structured and objective interview and assessment processes
Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning
Represent IMS at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to build strong talent pipelines
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a technical or high-demand talent environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
Experience with structured interviewing and candidate assessment methods
Data-driven mindset with the ability to work with recruiting KPIs and derive insights
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholder groups
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
Experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools is a plus
Experience in active sourcing and direct search is considered a strong advantage
