Team Leadership&Communication:

Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure milestones are met, fostering strong communication and team alignment End‑to‑End Project Control:

Actively steer projects regarding quality, costs, and deadlines across the entire R&D lifecycle Progress&Risk Management:

Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks early, and implement decisive mitigation measures Scope&Documentation:

Define project scope, plan milestones, and ensure clean, structured project documentation Stakeholder Reporting:

Provide regular, crystal‑clear status updates and precise project KPIs to internal and external stakeholders Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with adjacent departments such as Procurement and Production to ensure seamless product delivery Your Profile
