Planning and handling of global ocean shipments (import&export), including all related freight forwarding services You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing, and monitoring your shipments Professional customer service, from preparing quotes and handling claims and complaints to final billing Regular contact with international networks, shipping lines, and agents worldwideYour Profile

Completed vocational training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the ocean freight sector Proficiency in MS Office programs and, ideally, freight forwarding software Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishYou stand out for your independent, team-oriented work style with a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction!
