With your expertise, you’ll support employees and Hiring Coaches in your business area as a trusted partner in all strategic and operational HR matters - always close to people and the business.You’ll navigate the entire HR process in your business area: define job profiles with Hiring Coaches, recruit and guide the full employee life cycle.You’ll support teams and employees through personal and organizational change processes.You always keep an eye on the future, fostering future-ready teams through talent and succession planning and by contributing to innovative HR projects.
 

What makes you a great fit for this role

Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role - ideally in an international environment.Knowledge of Austrian labor law.Clear, impact-driven and empathetic communication style at eye level.Enjoy working in an international setting and bring strong intercultural competence.Passion for actively shaping modern HR practices.Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
