Tasks
Overall responsibility for the Quality Management department with 60 employees
Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of managers and teams
Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and legal requirements
Strategic development of quality management (optimizations and innovations using modern QM methods)
Management of operational tasks, such as daily quality assurance, complaint and error management, and the execution of audits and certifications
Ensuring the highest quality standards with maximum process and product quality
Requirements
Completed university degree with many years of management experience in quality management at an automotive/supplier company
Analytical, process-oriented approach and strategic vision
Sound methodological expertise
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent leadership skills, assertiveness, and communication skills
Fluent English
Willingness to travel (up to approx. 20%)
