Your Mission

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners and help them thrive.

Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners in GrazAnalyze performance data and identify opportunities for growthAdvise partners on how to optimize menus, pricing, campaigns, and operationsDrive commercial initiatives that increase order volume and partner successConduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with partnersCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to improve partner performanceEnsure partners deliver the best possible experience to customers

Qualifications

Experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or business developmentStrong relationship-building and communication skillsA commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunitiesConfidence using data to support decisions and recommendationsThe ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneouslyFluency in German and English
