Your responsibilities Customer onboarding and ongoing support (primarily in English) Technical support and troubleshooting for product-related questions Customer training and knowledge transfer Close collaboration with Sales and Support Involvement in IT projects in the customer environment What you bring Excellent English skills (C1+) Completed IT education or equivalent professional experience Strong communication skills, empathy, and a structured way of working Technical understanding and a genuine willingness to learn Why PTM?
