YOUR JOB As a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant (f/m/x), you act as a bridge between business and technology. You understand our clients’ requirements, analyze business models, identify potential, and develop KPI‑driven digital strategies as well as new digital business models for B2B and B2C companies.

Your Job’s Key Responsibilities Are

Development of holistic digitalization strategies and co‑creation of innovative business models

Analysis of our clients’ digital maturity and derivation of concrete recommendations for action

Identification of relevant technology trends and translation into practical use cases

Design and facilitation of strategic workshops (e.g., Story Mapping, Design Thinking) with decision‑makers and technical experts

Joint development of solutions and creation of a clear understanding between business units and IT

Support of the sales team during presales phases through your strategic consulting expertise

Creation of showcases and contribution to demo scripts, presentations, and use cases

Identification of customer needs and challenges, and development of initial solution concepts based on your experience

Your Skills Essential Skills

+5 years of experience in the field of digital strategy, innovation consulting, or a tech‑related environment

Completed university degree (TU/FH), ideally with a focus on Business&IT, Innovation Management, or a comparable field

In‑depth knowledge of digital trends, innovation processes, and technological developments in the web and mobile sectors

Ability to quickly grasp complex technologies and translate them into customer‑relevant strategies

Passion for innovation and the talent to inspire others

Professional demeanor, persuasive power, and excellent communication skills

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Beneficial Skills

Knowledge of data analysis (e.g., GA4 or comparable tools)

Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM)

Methodological expertise in Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, or similar frameworks

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full‑time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is 64,554 gross/year for this position.
