Design, implement and continuously improve competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs in line with Magna’s Total Rewards philosophy. Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company values while supporting talent attraction, retention and motivation. Ensure compensation structures—including salary frameworks, job grading and pay bands—are consistently applied across Magna Powertrain.Lead annual compensation processes such as salary and grading reviews, bonus cycles and incentive payments. Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness through robust market benchmarking and develop compensation policies, principles and governance frameworks. Advise, collaborate and support regional compensation specialists, leaders and HR Business Partners; work closely with HR analytics and Talent Management.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders. Support the design and evolution of total rewards offerings, including incentives, benefits and recognition programs. Improve the Bonus process aligned with performance and business outcomes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, pay equity and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate Workday data.Partner with the Total Rewards CoE from Magna Corporate and peers from other Magna groups. Collaborate with auditors, legal teams and finance partners to support compensation reporting and audit readiness. Qualifications

We are looking for: Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix organizations with a precise work approach. Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strategic and business‑oriented mindset and intercultural skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High integrity, discretion and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. 5–8+ years of experience in total rewards, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation and market pricing. Very good knowledge of English.Workday experience is an advantage. Benefits and Compensation

The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least€82,000 gross per year for this position. Overpayment based on relevant experience and qualifications is common practice.
