Challenge

You will join the Legal Team, and together we will advise and support the ITS Division’s global operations on legal mattersProviding legal guidance and conducting (risk) assessments for projects and partnerships, including public procurement law considerations, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts, as well as developing and refining contract templates and standardsInterest in addressing IP-related matters, particularly software license agreementsHandling proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities, as well as coordinating with external attorneys and consultants,

Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law (preferably in Austrian or German law)Experience in an international context and with complex legal issuesFluent in German and EnglishStrong advisory skills, resilience, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approachStrong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach to work, and a hands-on mentalityAbility to work independently and in a structured mannerTeam player, commitment, and flexibility
