The Breakdown: The OMNI Channel Specialist– Retail role focuses on managing the in-store OMNI Channel technology and operational processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance sales and fulfilment, improve customer engagement, and streamline processes within the mobile point of sale (mPOS). This position will also assist the digital team with European Marketplaces projects.

What You Get to Do:

Leverage technology tools and mPOS platform (NewStore) to streamline operations and enhance customer shopping experience

Oversee the in-store OMNI channel processes of fulfilment, remote sales, exchanges, and returns

Gather feedback from retail teams to drive continuous improvements to the OMNI channel shopping experience

Works with digital and retail teams to execute regional safety stock strategies, promotions, and product launches

Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to support the management of retail business operations

Compare inventory and transactional data between ERP and MPOS systems, performing weekly audits and analysis to keep systems aligned

Assist with on‑going mPOS enhancements performing testing and training on new features and functionality

Works closely with digital OMNI channel team on new marketplaces/channel opportunities

What You’ll Bring to The Team:

1‑2 years of within a retail or digital operations role

Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team

Experience with Microsoft Excel and a ability to analyze large data sets

Strong written and verbal communication in English

Analytical and critical thinking

Experience with point of sale, order management, and ERP systems is a plus

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose that the minimum salary is€ 2.879,- gross/month based on the collective bargaining agreement. Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
