Contribution to the main research areas of the research group; Independent teaching at the university, both in German and English depending on necessities, as well as supervision of student work; Commitment to high-quality research and publications, including research dissemination; (Co-)acquisition of funded projects as well as participation in departmental research projects;Participation in the organisation of workshops, conferences and other events; Participation in the management and development of the department as well as its national and international networks; Contribution to the departmental administration and quality assurance measures. Doctoral degree in Economics or related subjects (Mathematics, Statistics etc.) at a higher education institution. Excellent knowledge in at least one of the following fields: Macroeconomics, Quantitative Economics, Econometrics;Proficiency and ability to teach in English and German; Ability to conduct high-quality scientific research.
