Manager Production Planning

Aufgaben

In your role, you will be the driving force behind a seamless production flow, aligning people, processes, and materials to deliver on ambitious performance targets. You will use your expertise in planning systems, LEAN principles, and leadership to anticipate challenges, unlock capacity, and keep world-class manufacturing running at its best.

- Development and implementation of a robust production planning and control system ensuring alignment with corporate standards and production readiness - Oversight of manufacturing order releases and requisitions securing cross-departmental synchronization and achievement of sales, utilization, and financial targets- Management of the master production schedule ensuring accuracy through bottleneck identification, cross-functional alignment, and timely corrective actions - Collaboration with Purchasing to identify material risks early and execute mitigation measures to maintain schedule integrity - Coordination with Order Management to develop recovery scenarios and safeguard customer delivery timelines during disruptions- Leadership of shop floor planning ensuring balanced workload release to maintain flow and efficiency

Profil

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field, alternatively equivalent practical experience - Minimum of five years of experience in production planning, ideally in the electronics or semiconductor industry - Proven leadership background with at least three years in managing teams within manufacturing or supply chain environments- In-depth knowledge of planning systems such as SAP combined with the ability to implement system improvements or lead transformation projects - Practical application of LEAN principles, shop floor management, and operational curve methodology to drive efficiency in production settings - Strong analytical capabilities supported by solid mathematical and data skills to assess demand, supply, and capacity scenarios
