in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate
Customer Quality Engineering In your role, you act as the key link between customers and the plant for all quality-related topics. You drive structured complaint handling, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure transparent communication to achieve high customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
Train and guide internal teams on customer-specific quality standards and reject analysis
Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204)
Your Profile
Completed technical education with proven experience in quality engineering or a comparable role
Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing, quality management, and statistical methods
Proven experience in customer complaint management and structured problem-solving (e.g. 8D)
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
Confident in working with SAP and MS Office tools
Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to represent company interests professionally
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
