We are looking for a Consultant who has extended experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to come on board and support our operation.

Join our client's exciting project, providing technical consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to them.

What Youll Do

Provide technical consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to clients Work closely with the project team to design, develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions Guide the clients on change management and user adoption processes for CRM Train key users on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution Provide high-quality CRM support services to clients

Requirements

Good knowledge about Customization and Configuration of MS Dynamics CRM Good knowledge about one or more of Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Customer Service and Customer Engagement Module Good knowledge about Microsoft Power Platform and Power Apps (MD Apps, Canvas Apps, Powe Automate, Dataverse) Good knowledge about Administration (PP Admin Center, Environment Management, AD Groups, License distribution) Approximate Knowledge about MS SQL Server und SSIS Good Knowledge about MS Licensing Experience with Jira and Confluence Ability to consult customers, understand problems and deliver solutions Fluent English and German are necessary
