Then we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager (f/m/*) in our Service & Modernization business. We assign the following tasks in our department Metallurgical Services (MS AT S): Identify and acquire new service and modernization projects by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor Manage an existing customer portfolio while actively expanding our market presence through strategic new customer development Design and execute a targeted sales strategy, leveraging CRM tools to drive transparency, forecasting accuracy, and continuous growth Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics and customer requirements to optimize sales volume, product mix and pricing Achieve ambitious sales targets in terms of volume, profitability and portfolio quality

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor's degree in commercial and/or technical fields (e.g. mechanics/mechatronics) Experience or strong interest in the metals industry and/or after-sales service Three to five years of sales experience in a B2B environment Willingness to travel up to 50 % or more Business-fluent English skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills CRM experience in opportunity management and forecasting Analytical skills to identify trends and business potential Proven success in developing sales strategies Confident contract negotiation skills Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities On a personal level, you impress us with your genuine enthusiasm for sales and modern technologies, your collaborative mindset that fosters a positive team culture, and your highly motivated, charismatic, and proactive personality with a winning attitude and a strong customer‑centric approach driven by a passion for creating value. What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 53.241,02 (F/00) or EUR 62.243,30 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience. Our Pioneers at Heart receive ongoing training in a wide range of areas through the “Metals Academy”.
