You ensure excellent supplier quality performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives and act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders on a global level.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, develop and coach the Supply Quality Management team and coordinate regional SQM activities Select, qualify and develop suppliers in close collaboration with Purchasing Ensure robust quality standards through audits, inspections and defined quality assurance measures Manage supplier quality topics in projects, including prototypes, first samples and relocationsDrive supplier-related complaint, corrective action and continuous improvement processes YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in mechanical engineering, welding technology or a comparable technical education Several years of professional experience in supplier quality management within an industrial environment Strong knowledge of steel construction, mechanical manufacturing and quality management methods Proven leadership experience in an international and intercultural contextVery good English skills and confident handling of SAP and MS Office WHAT WE OFFER
