As a Digital Strategist at pixelart, you will develop effective solutions to achieve our clients’ brand objectives. You combine strategic thinking with clear content and technical understanding, and actively contribute your ideas to client projects. You will holistically develop digital solutions from the initial concept through to implementation, always focusing on impact, user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Development of digital strategies and concepts for key touchpoints such as websites, online shops and digital platforms

Leading and shaping pitches, developing concepts to attract new customers

Managing and supporting onboarding processes, and providing strategic advice in collaboration with project management and specialist teams

Identifying and developing opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with the project team

Proactively contributing ideas, insights and strategic developments for existing clients

Preparing and delivering workshops and presentations at decision‑maker level

Translating complex requirements into clear, inspiring solutions

Optimising the user experience throughout the entire customer journey, with a focus on conversion and performance, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team

Qualifications

At least 3 years’ experience in the digital sector, ideally in agencies or digital projects

Experience in strategic client consulting and ability to present confidently

An understanding of websites, information architecture and user experience

Basic knowledge of web analytics, KPIs and data‑driven working

Very good command of German and good command of English

Analytical thinking, curiosity and quick familiarisation with new industries and target groups

Enthusiasm for digital topics, technologies and trends

German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required

Benefits&Salary Annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full‑time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
