Challenge

Support and assist Vice President BU in running and further developing the BUInformation and data processing for strategic steering of BUConduct Budget and Multi Year Planning on BU levelInvestment planningDevelop and optimize local, product line and BU Finance organizationDrive and support implementation of group standards across BUContribute to business model development from finance perspectiveDevelop, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness/ timeliness in cooperation with the group functionSupport monthly and annual group reporting in line with Group reporting calendarDefine, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness / timeliness in cooperation with the group functionM&A support (Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration)Develop and drive internal and external pricing strategies in alignment with P&S BU and Group Finance (including Transfer Pricing documentation)Assist / coordinate BU relevant Tax topicsParticipate in / support on bid-processAct as partner for group functions, product lines and local entitiesSupport group functions in alignments with BU entities on various Finance topics, such as IC financing, Working Capital management, impairments,

Profile

A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling, etc.Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environmentExperience in budgeting, multi-year planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and tax mattersKnowledge of implementing a financial strategy aligned with corporate goalsExperience providing financial insights and recommendations to management, as well as serving as an internal and external point of contact for various stakeholdersExcellent communication skills in German and EnglishStrong analytical and interdisciplinary thinkingInitiative, quick comprehension, and an independent, precise, and proactive work styleStrong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, high sense of responsibility
