Support the Global Off Premise Discount Key Account Management team in day-to-day customer management and annual negotiations by preparing high-quality presentations, robust analyses and thorough documentation. You'll help building tools and reports that enable fact-based decision-making. You'll also manage the internal SharePoint page and maintain a best practice library as well as organize and facilitate internal workshops and webinars.

We are looking for a motivated student to join us onsite in Elsbethen in June/July 2026 for 20-25h/week to support our team.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

You’ll support the global Discount Key Account Management team in daily customer-related topics. This includes preparing professional presentations and concept sells for internal and external meetings, as well as assisting with international negotiations through analyses, offer evaluations, minutes, and structured documentation.

In this area, you’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a global discount dashboard by collecting and checking data, structuring information, and conducting first‑level analyses. You’ll prepare regular standardized reports such as performance overviews and profitability developments, and build data packs, summaries, and documentation for key account projects.

You’ll maintain and continuously improve the global discount SharePoint page, ensuring content is relevant, up‑to‑date, and easy to access. You’ll support the organization and logistics of internal workshops, meetings, and calls (including invitations, agendas, materials, minutes, and follow‑ups). In addition, you’ll assist with invoicing tasks for the Discount KAM team, such as PO creation, tracking, and basic documentation and checks.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Management, Data/Business Analytics or a related fieldFirst practical experience (e.g. internship, working student role, project work) in FMCG, retail, sales, key account management, trade marketing or business analytics is a plusExperience working with large data sets, dashboards or reporting toolsBasic understanding of FMCG, retail/discount or key account managementSolid knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint (professional presentations) and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with numbers and translating them into clear insightsAbility to structure data and build understandable reports and dashboardsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in presentations, reports and documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, including the ability to present information clearly and logically to different stakeholdersTeam player with a structured, reliable and proactive working style, a “hands‑on” mentality, and the ability to work in an international, cross‑functional environmentTravel 0-10%
