Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung  Du arbeitest an (inter-)nationalen HR-Projekten (z.B. Unterstützung HR-Strategie oder Einführung Employee App)  Du optimierst Prozesse innerhalb des Personalbereichs  Du erstellst Reportings und Präsentationen  Du kümmerst dich um tagesaktuelle Agenden  Du arbeitest innerhalb von 18 Monaten in drei Abteilungen (z.B. Personalbetreuung, Employer Branding, Personalentwicklung, HR-Controlling, HR-IT), mit der Möglichkeit, für einige Zeit im Ausland bzw. mit internationalem Fokus zu arbeiten

Leidenschaft für die Themen Mobilität und Digitalisierung  Wirtschaftlichen Studienabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) Kommunikationskompetenz, Engagement und Teamgeist  Analytisches Denkvermögen Erste Berufserfahrung im In- und/oder Ausland Internationale Mobilitätsbereitschaft  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
