RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Handle incoming materials, update material receipts, and perform physical inventories. Maintain all documentation related to import customs clearances to ensure compliance with regulations.

Prepare and dispatch shipments, including creating shipping documents and handling dangerous goods. Arrange transport with external companies, prepare export documents, and ensure all shipping activities are properly documented.

Manage material movements, including incoming and outgoing goods. Keep inventory records up to date, perform regular physical inventories, and provide materials and tools needed for maintenance activities.

Procure aircraft materials and repair services for aircraft components, ensuring the timely availability of all necessary resources to support maintenance and operations.

Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialistVery good German skills and good English skilsAt least 5 years of professional experience in aircraft parts handlingGood knowledge of MRO software/ AMOSComfortable using computers and common office softwareAccurate and conscientious workEnjoyment of working in a teamIATA DGR Certificate/TrainingValid class B or III driving licenseForklift licensePhysical resilience (lifting and carrying)Travel 0-10%
