Erstellen von Ausschreibungen inkl. Auftragsvergaben für Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Sanierungen und deren Umsetzung samt Bauaufsicht bei unserer Immobilien in Österreich Erstellen von Rahmen-Ausschreibungen für Wartungsarbeiten unserer Immobilien in Österreich Erstellen von mehrjährigen Instandhaltungsplänen Organisation von extern durchgeführten ÖNORM B1301 Begehungen und Abarbeitung von festgestellten Abweichungen Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten mit der konzerninternen CAFM Software Rechnungsprüfung und Freigaben der o.a. Tätigkeiten

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Fachschule, Bauhandwerkerschule, Polierschule, HTL Hochbau, o.ä.) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Umfeld (Baustellenpraxis erwünscht) Fundierte Kenntnisse im Baustellenablauf und in der örtlichen Bauaufsicht Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung  Gutes Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Gute MS-Office 365 Kenntnisse und Nevaris Success (Auer), sowie grundsätzliche Affinität zur Digitalisierung Reisebereitschaft national (ca. 50 %)
