Your Job In the role of Senior Java Developer, you will play a key part in the development of our software solutions. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team of developers, product managers, and other functional designers, you will work together to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

You build and enhance innovative software solutions for our real estate products using Java, object‑oriented design principles, and a sound understanding of collections, exception handling, unit testing with JUnit, and data structures.

You conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

You focus on quality, performance, and reusability.

You embody the Scrum spirit within a self‑organizing team.

You work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

You have completed IT training or hold a university degree (FH/TU) in Computer Science.

You have 4-6 years of professional experience as a software developer using an object‑oriented programming language in Java.

You have working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).

You work independently and analytically while remaining creative, eager to learn, and a team player.

You use strong German (B2 and above) and English language skills to communicate confidently in a global environment.
