(Senior) O2C & Export Specialist – International Markets, Elsbethen

Join our International Customer Service team in a long-term role with ownership across international markets.

You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for your markets and act as a key interface across internal and external stakeholders. This is not a traditional customer service role. It combines O2C ownership, export expertise, and supply chain coordination in one broad, high-impact position.

Based in Elsbethen, you will manage your markets with a high degree of autonomy, ensure stable flow of goods, and drive process improvements.

You will manage and improve the end-to-end O2C process for your assigned international markets by overseeing order processing across finished goods, visibility items, packaging materials, and branded cars, coordinating transport planning and shipment execution, and ensuring export compliance with customs and legal requirements. You will track shipments through delivery and maintain service reliability using BI tools, handle invoicing, credit notes, returns, and claims, support credit risk and dunning activities, and identify as well as resolve operational risks across the supply chain.

You will ensure smooth product transitions across your markets by supporting product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities, ensuring timely product introductions and phase-outs, and maintaining material, customer, and pricing data in core systems.

You will be the main contact for your markets and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders by managing communication with subsidiaries, distribution partners, co-packers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Business Applications, Data and Commercial teams, supporting stakeholders through projects, training and issue resolution, driving process and system improvements, advancing digitalization and automation initiatives, and using data insights to improve performance and decision-making.

You will be the main contact for your markets and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain, perferabley in FMCG/CPGUniversity degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experienceFluent English; German is a plusHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS OfficeExperience managing complex international supply chain setupsStrong analytical skills and end-to-end process understandingAbility to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple prioritiesHigh reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsTravel 0-10%
