(Senior) Legal Counsel In your role

as (Senior) Legal Counsel, you will support strategic decision‑making by providing solution‑driven legal advice with a strong business mindset. You will integrate legal insights into business operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives while actively contributing to business strategies, corporate policies, and ethical practices. In doing so, you will manage legal risks and opportunities effectively and protect the interests of AT&S, its employees, management, and shareholders within an international high‑tech environment.

Your Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate international contracts (especially in Purchasing, Sales, and R&D) to optimize contractual frameworks and minimize legal and financial risks

Set up, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates to safeguard company interests and limit liability

Support the implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and other legal tech tools (e.g., e‑signature solutions)

Create and provide trainings on legal topics and the usage of legal tech tools to enhance internal legal understanding and contract handling

Contribute to continuous improvements of CLM and related business processes

Support internal stakeholders, including the Head of Legal and other departments, in international and local projects

Provide general legal advice on corporate, commercial, and related matters to management and staff and support in handling of insurance claims

Your Profile

Master of Law degree (or equivalent qualification)

3–5 years of relevant experience for Senior level, initial experience desirable for Legal Counsel

Strong expertise in Contract and International law; knowledge of data protection, IP, corporate and antitrust law is a plus

Ability to analyze complex legal matters and deliver practical, result‑focused advice

Good understanding of economic and business contexts

Strong communication skills Affinity for legal tech tools and digitalization topics

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

Team‑oriented personality with intercultural sensitivity, flexibility, strong negotiation skills, and high commitment
