At INNIO, our Customer Project Management teams lead the end-to-end execution of international customer projects ranging from engine deliveries, containerized units, Overhaul&Repair activities and full-scope power plant projects with site management. They coordinate all involved functions to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations.
In this role located in Jenbach, you will drive process improvement, innovation, and digital enablement across Customer Project Management, helping our project teams work and collaborate more effectively. You will identify opportunities to improve project execution, evaluate new methods and tools, and support the implementation of digital and AI-based solutions in close collaboration with Digital/IT, cross-functional partners, and our teams. The focus is on process innovation that creates measurable value in the daily work of project managers and teams.
You will also represent the business unit in cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve ways of working and the systems and digital tools used across the organization.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with complexity, able to structure ambiguous topics, and motivated to turn ideas into implementation. You should enjoy questioning existing approaches, working through practical constraints, and driving change and innovation across functions and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong team player and communicator with curiosity, analytical thinking, a hands‑on mindset, and a clear focus on execution. Typical areas of improvement include process development (Adonis), systems and digital tools such as Oracle ERP, Primavera, MS collaboration tools, our own solutions myProject, and myPlant, as well as cross‑functional alignment, training, communication, and knowledge transfer.

Your Responsibilities
Identify and drive innovations and process improvements across Customer Project Management to increase efficiency, transparency, and execution quality, ensure improvements create measurable operational value for project managers and teams
Drive adoption of new customer project management methodologies and operating models. Evaluate and introduce new methods, tools, and digital solutions for practical application in project work, working closely with other functions including Digital/IT
Represent Customer Project Management in cross-functional initiatives related to ways of working, systems, and digital enablement
Drive change management activities, including communication, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Contribute to process and system development in areas such as Adonis, Oracle ERP, Primavera, MS collaboration tools, myProject, and myPlant
Your Profile
3-5 years experience in project-based business and a strong understanding of complex customer project execution, ideally in an industrial, engineering, energy, or plant-related environment
Educational background in business/economics, IT, innovation management or similar preferred
Additional experience in related fields is a plus. IT, Digital, Consulting, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Sales
