Farm Worker for Cotton Farm, Melbourne

Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $40–45+/h (in line with Fair Work legislation)


Duties

• Manual harvesting, sorting, and packing of cotton
• Field maintenance and irrigation support
• Basic farm repairs and use of tools
• Compliance with safety procedures (OHS)



Requirements

• Physically fit, reliable, and punctual
• Valid Australian work visa (WHV, student, etc.)
• Available early mornings (~6 AM) and weekends
• Driver’s license and own vehicle preferred
• Farm experience appreciated but not required
