Responsibilities Establish, maintain, and continuously enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Collaborate with Business Application Owners to define service trees and map infrastructure using ServiceNow Service MappingEnsure integrity, accuracy, and currency of all Configuration Items (CIs)Define, implement, and enforce ITIL-aligned configuration policies, standards, and proceduresAlign asset and configuration data in close cooperation with the Group Competence Center for IT Configuration ManagementSupport the integration of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management processes and toolsWork closely with Change Management, Incident Management, and the Service DeskConduct audits and process reviews, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actionsTrain, advise, and support IT teams on configuration management best practicesContribute to ITSM improvement initiatives, especially in the areas of automation and tool integration Profile Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification is an advantageStrong understanding of the ITIL framework; certification (ITIL 4 Foundation or higher) is highly desirableProven professional experience in Configuration Management within medium to large IT environmentsSolid knowledge of IT Asset Management and its interaction with configuration dataHands-on experience with CMDB tools such as ServiceNow, i-doit, BMC Remedy, Matrix42, or comparable platformsStructured, detail-oriented, and process-driven working styleConfident communicator, able to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholder groupsVery good command of English, written and spokenExperience supporting ITSM-related projects, particularly automation and tool integration initiativesConfidence in conducting audits and ensuring compliance across IT processes Benefits Fexible working hours and home-office optionExtensive Learning & Development opportunitieLife balance & family-friendly benefitsModern office environment with canteenHealth & sports programs Salary information The minimum annual gross salary for this position is €70,000.
