Aufgaben

- Culinary leadership and operational responsibility for international catering assignments

- On-site role at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club

- Ensuring our quality and service standards

- Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams

- Collaboration with operations and service teams

- Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts

Off-season / race break:

- Working in one of our DO&CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna

Profil

- Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef

- Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy

- Valid work permit for Austria

- Structured working style and strong leadership skills

- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

- Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage

- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
