IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This internship opportunity is available exclusively through the Erasmus program (students only, not young entrepreneurs). Applicants must be enrolled in a university outside Austria as per Erasmus guidelines. Please confirm your eligibility through your country’s Erasmus program before applying. Tasks As an Erasmus intern in our product department, your responsibilities will include: Support the team in product design and user flow thinking Analyze the needs, behavior, and feedback of our pilot users Design and improve user flows for new and existing features Investigate reported bugs from a UX and usability perspective Map and document real user journeys based on actual usage Define basic UI principles (spacing, buttons, forms, colors, feedback states) Create reusable UI component examples for developers Improve and rewrite unclear UI text and microcopy Maintain clear UX and UI documentation for the team Bring your UX/UI and human-centered design knowledge into the team and help us build strong product practices as an early-stage startup Requirements Ideal candidates for this Erasmus internship will have: Eligibility to apply through the Erasmus program (please note: internships in Austria are not allowed for students enrolled in Austrian universities under Erasmus rules) first experience/passion in UX, UI, Interface, Human-Centered-Technology Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a small team Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level; no certification required). Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory. Punctuality, politeness, and a professional attitude Preferably, you are studying in the field of Human–Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Centered Design, Digital Product Design, Communication Design, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Intormation Architecture or likewise.
