(Senior) IT Operations Manager for ServiceNow (f/m/x)

As (Senior) IT Operations Manager you will be part of the Product Team IT Service Operations under the IT Operational Excellence umbrella in RBI. You will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining the ServiceNow system, which is a key pillar system for IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Management within RBI.

 Your mission at RBI

You will be responsible for guiding the operations team through daily business of operating the ServiceNow system. You will shape the operations structure, operations practices and operations frameworks for the ServiceNow system. You will be the main counterpart for all operations topics. You will create and maintain a yearly release plan and be responsible for conducting releases and upgrades successfully during the year. You will support the Product Owner, the Service Responsible and the System Architect in operations related affairs.

 
Your core competencies

University degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study or proven comparable qualification. 5+ years of experience in IT operations department of mid or large organization, preferable in the financial services Industry, experience in leading an IT operations team is a plus Know-How on ServiceNow platform preferable but not a must Analytical, result-oriented, collaborative, and structured way of working Good communication skills, English as main communication language, German is a plus Willingness to travel app. 4-6x per year (central and eastern European region)
