Proclinical is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and customer success within a specialised medical device portfolio across a defined region. This role combines commercial and clinical expertise to support product adoption, deliver training, and provide ongoing customer support in acute care environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage overall territory performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and account developmentDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical users, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholdersIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accountsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality customer experienceProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunitiesLead product evaluations, trials, and contract negotiationsEducate customers on product value, clinical applications, and workflow integrationProvide structured market feedback to internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and product teamsDeliver clinical training to ensure safe, effective, and compliant product useSupport customers through onboarding, evaluations, and post-installation phasesTroubleshoot clinical and workflow challenges while reinforcing best practices

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within consultative, capital, and clinical sales environmentsStrong background in acute care settings; exposure to cardiology or haemostasis is advantageousExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical audiencesDemonstrated success in managing territories, building pipelines, and executing strategic sales plansStrong clinical and technical aptitude with the ability to train and support end usersHighly organised with strong collaboration and project management capabilities
