key sales role with a high level of responsibility. As a Domain Sales Manager, you will act as a strategic liaison between regional sales units, customers, and technical experts at headquarters. Key Tasks Development and management of complex and large-scale sales projectsActive shaping and implementation of winning strategies throughout the entire sales and bidding processClose collaboration with international project, offer, and engineering teams to optimally align customer requirements, feasibility, and costsLeadership and coordination of multinational capture and project teamsActive involvement in public tenders, including bid strategy, structuring, and negotiationsPoint of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and regional sales units Key Qualifications Several years of professional experience in international IT and/or software sales, ideally in safety‑critical or complex solution environmentsExperience in managing complex sales and customer projects, as well as working closely with project and delivery teamsStrong communication and negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with public authoritiesIntercultural awareness and the ability to understand, develop, and address customer needsGoal-oriented personality with strong self-organization skillsHigh willingness to travel internationallyVery good command of English and German, both written and spoken Additional language skills, especially Eastern European languages, are an advantage Our Values Around 2,600 employees are committed to creating a safer world with their innovative strength and technology orientation.
