Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts within cardiac operating environments and related hospital departments. In this role, you will provide technical and procedural expertise to support surgeons and clinical teams, including in-theatre assistance and post-operative follow-up as needed. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the adoption of innovative medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve and exceed targetsIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunitiesIncrease utilisation and adoption within existing accountsCollaborate with senior leadership to deliver regional and corporate objectivesPartner with marketing to exchange insights on market trends and customer needsAttend industry conferences and relevant eventsMaintain accurate tracking of customer activity and territory performanceEnsure compliance with all hospital access and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven track record of achieving sales quotasBackground in medical devices or a clinically-focused sales environment preferredStrong clinical and technical aptitudeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly motivated, goal-driven, and team-orientedStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilityProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsWillingness to travel (approx. 25-80%)Fluency in English and German
