To keep growing without losing quality, structure, or good energy, we are looking for an Agency Assistant / Team & Operations. Someone who becomes the calm, reliable center of the agency. Keeping things together, thinking ahead, supporting the team and helping us to focus on the bigger picture.

• Coordinate team, partners, clients and projects
• Support the founder in daily operational and administrative tasks
• Handle meetings and back-office magic
• Organize internal communication & external requests
• Help find and welcome new talent
• Be the go-to person who gets things done
• Improve our workflows day by day

• First experience in a similar role
• Native German, fluent English
• Organized multitasking skills & self-discipline
• Strong empathy skills to connect with team & clients
• Problem-solving mindset & endurance
• Passion for Hospitality and Social Media
• Confident with email, calendars, Slack, Canva, Notion or similar tools
• Strong communication skills
