• you are the first point of contact for our customers and support the sales manager and service technician in all commercial and organisational tasks

• you will be responsible for scheduling and route planning, ordering office supplies, maintaining master data and managing the branch's inventory with enthusiasm

• you handle our rental business independently, hand over the machines and provide safety instructions directly to the customer

• you love customer contact and are not afraid of telephone sales, application and product consultations with customers.

• you clarify technical questions with the headquarters and prepare quotations

• completed commercial or technical training

• several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment

• technically skilful, interested in technology and good IT user skills

• strong communication skills and an absolute talent for organisation

• fluency in german required
