The Role Reporting to the Branch Manager– Queensland, you will manage an assigned portfolio of customers across the Queensland territory. This is a relationship-first, growth-focused role - your success comes from deepening existing partnerships and identifying new opportunities within your assigned technology categories, not from coldprospecting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio across Queensland

Develop strategic account plans and drive revenue against sales budgets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Identify growth opportunities within assigned UC and technology categories

Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast key account metrics

You will have

Proven experience in B2B account management or technology sales (distribution or retail)

Sound knowledge of Unified Communications (UC) or IT technology products

Proficient in CRM software and MS Excel

Strong relationship-building skills with a solutions-focused approach

Valid driver’s licence and own transport (Queensland territory travel required)
