shape it . What You’ll Own Leadership&Coordination (50%) Lead and coordinate shift activities to meet production, safety, quality, and cost targets. Plan labour, manage leave, and align resources to daily production priorities. Run structured pre-starts, shift meetings, and handovers that keep everyone aligned. Maintain accurate records, complete shift reports, and monitor KPIs.Coach, support, and develop employees— building capability and future leaders. Communicate clearly across shifts, maintenance, logistics, and management. Lead problem-solving, continuous improvement, and incident response. Fulfil the role of

during emergencies. Active Crew Member (50%) Work alongside the team to complete production tasks and maintain workflow. Operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, support changeovers, and assist during peak periods. Maintain Level 5 operational competency and uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support while on the floor. Model the behaviours, teamwork, and accountability expected of the crew. What You Bring Experience in production, operations, or manufacturing leadership. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead people while staying hands-on and grounded in operations.A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain). Confidence supervising up to 30 employees in a fast-paced environment.
