Processing customer orders from dealers and the sales team Providing updates on stock availability, lead times and delivery timelines Managing local and overseas purchase orders, including PO confirmations and ETA updates Updating supplier, freight and customer information in IFS/ERP systems Liaising with freight forwarders and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve issuesKeeping customers informed of delays, revised ETAs and order progress Supporting sales, warehouse, service, finance and operations teams with clear communication Helping maintain accurate customer files, pricing updates and product information About You

Are organised, proactive and detail‑focused Have experience using ERP systems, ideally in a busy order or operations environment Enjoy solving problems and keeping information accurate Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and internal teams Can manage priorities and follow through on updatesTake pride in doing things properly Are collaborative, adaptable and willing to help where needed Why You’ll Love It
