We are an established Brisbane-based cosmetic medicine group operating two complementary brands: a cosmetic surgical practice and Inígo Cosmetic, a medi-aesthetic clinic specialising in advanced skin, energy-based devices, injectables, and bespoke treatment planning. Led by a cosmetic doctor with FACCSM(Surg) and FAACS credentials, we deliver clinical excellence to a discerning Brisbane clientele across both fast-service aesthetic care and considered, premium treatment journeys.We are in a period of strategic growth and operational evolution with a brand new location ready to go in the latter part of the year. We are investing in staff, training, automation, refining our admin and clinical structures, and building the systems and team to support the next phase. This role is central to that transition.The opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to lead operations across our two clinic brands. We need a strategic operator who can manage a high-performing admin and clinical team, run the financial and operational levers of a multi-discipline cosmetic group, and partner with the principal doctor and partners on the direction of the business.You will report directly to the Owner and Principal Doctor and have responsibility for the full operational, financial, and people management of the group. Key responsibilities Operational leadership across both clinic brands, including front-of-house, admin team, and clinical operations support.Drive and own the development of our practice automation stack, including Phorest, Cliniko, integrated payments, automated patient communication, digital intake and consent, and AI-supported reception. Recruitment, retention, performance management, and development of admin and clinical staff in line with the strategic direction of each brand.Supervising and supporting the therapeutic, medical and administrative staff on a daily basis, including optimising scheduling, training, and sales performance. Financial management including P&L responsibility, KPI tracking, cost control, and revenue analysis across both clinics. Compliance ownership including AHPRA advertising and cosmetic procedure requirements, privacy obligations, and clinical record-keeping standards. Patient experience leadership— ensuring the patient journey across both brands matches the positioning of each, from first contact through to post-treatment follow-up. Management of patient and stakeholder complaints, feedback and relationships.Vendor and supplier management including device manufacturers, software platforms, and external consultants. Assisting with marketing and business development initiatives to drive growth and expansion. What we're looking for Three to five years of proven practice management experience in cosmetic medicine, aesthetics, dental, surgical, or allied health practice. Demonstrated experience leading a sucessful team and driving practice growth. You should be genuinely comfortable with practice management software (Phorest and Cliniko ideally), workflow automation tools, AI-enabled tools, and integrated payment systems. P&L responsibility experience with the ability to build, track, and act on financial reports. Strong people management capability— recruitment, performance management, development, and the ability to set and hold professional standards across a team. Existing network in the Brisbane cosmetic and aesthetic industry strongly preferred. Familiarity with AHPRA advertising guidelines and cosmetic procedure regulatory requirements. Experience supporting a cosmetic surgical practice is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication. Calm, organised, and capable of independently handling the operational complexity of a growth-phase business. Tertiary qualification in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field highly regarded.This role will ideally start within the next month or two to facilitate cross over between the outgoing manager and a smooth transition to our new location.
