We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality transport delivery services and fostering a strong, safety-first culture among our team.The Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our night-time transport activities, primarily overseeing operations across our customer locations while being based at our Rocklea Head Office.As the Night Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact for our drivers across all customer locations , ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee nightly operations Function as the primary point of contact for drivers across all locations.Ensure drivers adhere to Transport Management System (TMS) processes, including pre-start checks and coupling/uncoupling to company standards. Monitor and audit driver paperwork for compliance and accuracy. Maintain strong relationships with both drivers and customers. Conduct toolbox talks and return updates to head office promptly.Ensure equipment cleanliness and perform minor repairs when necessary. Assist with driver training and development. Troubleshoot and manage breakdowns, ensuring timely communication and resolution. Coordinate trailer docking and parking according to operational needs. Consult with Field Support to align equipment servicing schedules.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all email correspondence and reporting. What You will Need Current HC or MC Licence with a strong understanding of refrigerated transport. Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state road regulations, including load restraint and fatigue management. Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.BFM (Basic Fatigue Management) accreditation. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to lead by example. A commitment to safety, customer service excellence, and operational integrity. Hours of Work 8pm to 6am– Wednesday to Saturday 4 days on 3 days off Skills:
