You will work in a professionally and technically demanding environment with numerous interfaces, high requirements for stability and quality, and a hybrid target landscape consisting of cloud and on‑premises solutions.The team develops, integrates, and operates solutions for the reliable provision of data for various use cases and consumers across the company. In doing so, you will work in a complex environment with many integrations to source and target systems, aligned data flows, and an architecture that combines existing on‑premises components with modern cloud services.What you can expect:

Experience as a Scrum Master with a very strong understanding of Scrum in complex organizational and technical structures Experience supporting teams in an environment with many dependencies, integrations, and different stakeholders Ideally, an understanding of data platforms, data provisioning, or integration landscapes, as well as hybrid architectures with cloud and on‑premises componentsConfident use of Jira and Confluence for management, transparency, and documentation Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills A strong sense of responsibility for stable, reliable solutions in production‑related environments A structured, solution‑oriented way of working and a good sense of priorities in complex settingsVery good German and English skills Your core competencies: Strengthening ownership: You delegate tasks and motivate your team to act independently.
