What we are looking for The role of Commercial Project Manager is a fundamental position within our Construction and Maintenance Team. Responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the delivery of projects, this role requires an organised person who thrives on building solid client relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the industry.

Reporting to Head Of Projects, this role is responsible for:

Winning, managing and delivering a variety of construction projects - from minor works to complex, multi-trade commercial builds

Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients whilst identifying and pursuing new opportunities

Overseeing subcontractors ensuring compliance, quality and timely delivery

Managing project budgets, schedules and reporting on risks and outcomes

Driving projects through to completion with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail

What you will bring

5+ years’ experience in Project Management or construction.

Strong technical knowledge and industry experience or knowledge in a Multi Project Management role or similar

Confidence in building strong client, subcontractor and team relationships

A solid understanding of OH&S practices and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills

A proactive, collaborative attitude - with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Stability as a leader and a strong sense of accountability for personal delivery of work

Collaborative team approach demonstrating a strong and professional work ethic and commitment to deliver exceptional service
