We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused
State Manager in QLD
to join our high-performing Sales&Operations team. If you’re passionate about developing teams and driving strong commercial outcomes, this is an opportunity to be recognised and rewarded.
About the role Based in Brisbane, the State Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and optimising clinic operations across
12 locations , overseeing a team of approximately
54 direct and indirect reports . This role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight and involves regular travel across Brisbane Metro, the Gold Coast, South Burnett, Southern Downs, and Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a culture that enables teams to consistently deliver exceptional client care
Drive high levels of customer experience to achieve NPS targets
Meet or exceed state financial targets
Maximise sales and service opportunities to support revenue growth, customer growth, and OPEX objectives
Ensure optimal diary utilisation through effective rostering and appointment management
Lead and support teams to maximise clinic productivity
Partner with Marketing to plan and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives
Collaborate with local leadership to ensure operational and clinical excellence
Lead, coach, and develop local leaders and their teams to build capability, engagement, and retention
Identify and attract talent to meet current and future workforce needs
Partner with HR on performance management and complex employee matters
Provide strong leadership through periods of change
What you need to be successful in this role?
Proven success in a similar multi‑site leadership role
Experience in retail, healthcare, or regulated industries (medical device experience highly regarded)
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel regularly
Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related field (desirable)
