This is a specialist national&international project management consultancy with a strong Brisbane presence.

Running 20 to 30 concurrent projects at any given time.

The work covers practically ever sector in the built space, with the private pipeline growing. No single sector dominates. That's deliberate, the team values adaptability, and the principals actively build a workload that keeps things interesting.

The structure is flat enough that you'll have real autonomy, and supported enough that you're not carrying things alone. Directors and associates are in the room. There's also a dedicated scheduling and planning function, which means you're not fighting for resourcing support when you need it.

The firm isn't looking for a specialist. They're looking for someone who moves comfortably across sectors, communicates clearly with clients and colleagues alike, and wants to put down roots in a consultancy that values career longevity. The right person will see this as a place to grow - not just another contract.

The role is office-based the majority of the time. There's flexibility around family commitments, but this isn't a hybrid role in the traditional sense. If the last few years have you accustomed to mostly remote work, it's worth being honest with yourself about whether that's still the environment you want.

What you’ll need

Minimum 10+ years experience in client-side project management– built environment only, no IT or infrastructure.

Experience delivering building projects in sectors such as education, commercial, health or residential.

Strong communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders.

The ability to run projects independently while collaborating with a small team.
