At 24/7 AI Healthcare Receptionist, we’re transforming how GP clinics manage calls, bookings, and patient enquiries through AI-powered healthcare reception technology. Built alongside Australian GP clinics, our platform helps reduce front desk pressure, improve patient access, and support clinic operations through real-time appointment management and automation.About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of our business nationally. This is a hands-on role combining business development, partnerships, account management, operations coordination, marketing support, and team leadership. You’ll work closelywith clinics, healthcare professionals, internal teams, and strategic partners to help drive growth, client success, and ongoing product improvement.The role includes interstate travel, conferences, clinic visits, presentations, and collaboration across sales, onboarding, marketing, and product teams. Key Responsibilities
Drive new clinic sign-ups and business growth opportunities Build and manage relationships with clinics, practice managers, owners, and healthcare stakeholders Develop strategic partnerships and assist with partnership coordination and commercial discussions Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clinics and healthcare professionalsSupport account management, client retention, onboarding coordination, and feedback handling Manage CRM systems, pipelines, reporting, and follow-ups Act as a communication link between clinics and the product team, including testing workflows and escalating feedback Coordinate weekly meetings, project follow-ups, and internal action itemsSupport marketing activities, social media, conferences, and promotional initiatives Assist in coordinating onboarding and sales team activities What You’ll Bring
Experience in business development, healthcare, SaaS, account management, or partnerships Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and commercial skills Interest in healthcare innovation, AI, and improving clinic operationsExperience with GP clinics, healthcare operations, or medical software is highly regarded Australian work rights and a valid driver’s licence are required What We Offer
